Project Description: Emico are engaged to carry out on site attendance of all MEP & Fire maintenance activities carried out by ENGIE on behalf of CRL during the Hand over gate process to RFLI. The works also included management of all dilapidations identified by the RFLI maintainer during various surveys carried out as part of the handover process. Emico provided the witness attendance to close out the Dilapidations reporting back to RFLI through various trackers and reports on weekly basis. Emico were also involved in the checking of all equipment asset data prior to the data being accepted into the RFLI Maximo system. Emico are currently aiding RFLI by monitoring all systems on a nightly basis during the RFLI familiarization period post MOBO
