Project Description: Emico were engaged to supply Engineering design services (MEPT&F) to deliver fully coordinated designs for areas of concern, covering services in both Eastern and Western ticket halls at Bond Street Station Crossrail. Emico’s Engineering team were brought in by Engie, working closely with Crossrail to rectify serious coordination issues left over from the previous JV. Completion of the station was already later than planned and Engie (EQUANS) were under considerable pressure to complete and open the station. Emico provided very-high standard engineering solutions and coordinated designs to allow Engie/Crossrail to achieve their goals of completing the installation of all services to the required high standards and handing the station over to TfL into revenue service. This was an incredible achievement which can be seen throughout the station, which Emico are very proud to have been part of.
