Project Description: Eco Energy Systems for New Build Housing

Project Delivery Detail:

• Roof mounted photovoltaic panels to generate electricity
• Battery storage system inclusive of an inverter that can also provide off grid capabilities and provide electricity at peak cost time
• Solar assisted heat pump that uses an external evaporator panel that generates hot water in all weathers day or night
• Infrared heating system that heats objects and the building structure to create a thermal mass that retains the emitted heat for longer periods of time. This system includes a thermostat in each room so each space can be controlled individually
• Electric car chargers that can be controlled via a smart app

Client Key Objectives: Design and procure an Eco Smart home system that will reduce energy bills by up to 80% using smart technology to control and monitor the systems
Client Benefits: One point of contact for the various Eco systems and future training and technical support for the end purchaser. Also a system that has minimal future maintenance costs compared to an air source heat pump system.
