Project Description: Emico carried out M&E enabling works and design necessary to modify the existing depot M&E services and the installation of new M&E services which included CMS, Small Power and Lighting, Distribution, Service Taps, Trace Heating and Earthing. All the works were carried out within a live and operational environment at a busy rail depot and sidings. The Programme of works were extremely tight, but a robust design ensured the quick and safe delivery with full sign off and handover complete within one week from the construction teams leaving site
